We offer 30 day refunds for all purchases (full price and sale items) - provided the item is in its original condition. Please follow the instructions on the piece of paper that comes with your order. You will be required to cover the return postage costs to send your item back.
If you want a new size or style, please just place another order on our website. We don't do exchanges, as our sizes go fast, and we might have sold out of the style you want by the time we receive your first item back.
Please note: Afterpay orders are entitled to refunds, however a 6% processing fee will be automatically deducted from the amount to be refunded.

SHIPPING

AU & NZ: If you spend over $99.95 we will express ship your order for free! If you spend under $99.95 express shipping is $10.
International: We ship with DHL Express for $20.
We are based on the Gold Coast, Australia, and process your order the same day if you order before midday, or the next day if you order after midday.
Depending where you are in Australia, your order could take between 1-3 days to arrive (covid permitting) through express shipping. International shipping time will vary. You can get a shipping time estimate on the Australia Post Website.
