What is your refund policy?
We offer refunds for all items, including sale items, within 30 days. The item must be in its original condition with tags and sanitary labels attached. Once we have received your returned package, all returned items will be inspected before a refund is issued.
We reserve the right to deny a refund if items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way and they will be returned to sender. You will be notified via email if your returned item is not suitable for a refund.
The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail, as any returned items that are not received will not be issued a refund. We also recommend that customers ask for proof of postage at the time of posting returned items.
Please allow 5 business days for a refund to be processed from the date that the returned item is received by us. You will be informed via the email address that is listed on your Capriosca Swimwear account once this transaction has been processed. Refunds will be issued to the credit card/PayPal/Afterpay account that the payment had originally come from.
If you want to swap sizes or choose a new style, simply place another order on our website! We don't offer exchanges, as our stock goes fast, and we can't guarantee that we will still have the item you want to exchange for by the time we receive your parcel.
Please note: Afterpay orders are entitled to refunds, however a 6% processing fee will be automatically deducted from the amount to be refunded.
How do I return my swimsuit?
Please follow the returns instructions on the back of your invoice found in your parcel. If you have misplaced your returns sheet please contact info@caprioscaswimwear.com.au.

How much is postage?
In Australia and New Zealand, we offer Free Express Shipping for orders over AUD $99.95 or $10 for anything underneath that amount. For USA, we offer Free Express Shipping for orders over USD $99.95 or $20 for anything underneath that amount. Internationally, we offer DHL Express for a flat rate of AUD $20. How do you deliver my swimsuit to me?
This all depends on where you want your delivery sent to. For Australian deliveries, we send using Australia Post Express Post and they suggest it will be 1 - 2 days in metro areas and longer to country regions to deliver. We cannot guarantee the timelines of the delivery once it leaves our warehouse as it is out of our control. For New Zealand, we also use Australia Post Express Post. For any other overseas orders, we use a range of delivery services and can advise at the time.

Swimwear Features
Do tankini tops come with a swim pant?
No they do not. A tankini top is the top part of the swimwear. You will need a separate swim pant bottom.
Does the swim dress come with a built in pant?
Some styles do, some styles don't. It's best to refer to the product description for each swim dress.
How do I care for my swimsuit?
Follow our care instructions here. Please note, only wear chlorine resistant swimsuits in chlorinated pools. It is recommended not to wear a normal swimsuit in chlorine as it does affect the material.
I received my swimsuit but there is sticky residue from the sanitary label. How do I get this off?
This is normal and can be removed by running a hot tap and rubbing it under the water, the sticky residue will form hard balls and slowly start falling off.

Which size swimsuit should I order?
We suggest choosing your normal bra and undie size for our swimwear! We are true to size so you should feel comfortable ordering your regular bra and underwear size.
If you are in-between sizes, it is best to choose the larger size. We also accept 30 day returns, so if it doesn't fit or you don't love it, simple send it back for a refund!
