📝 How to Return
Simply complete the returns slip included in your parcel. If you’ve misplaced it, you can download a new one here:

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order — including sale items — as long as they’re in original condition with all tags and sanitary labels attached.
Please note: Customers are responsible for covering the return postage costs.
🌏 International Returns
If you're located outside Australia, you're welcome to return your item using a courier of your choice. Please send your parcel to the address listed on the returns form. We recommend using a trackable service and keeping proof of shipment, as we’re unable to refund items that don’t reach us.
Unfortunately, international returns cannot be processed through the Australia Post returns portal.
⚠️ Restocking Fee for Refused International Deliveries
If you refuse an international parcel due to import duties, taxes, or customs fees, please note that a AUD $50 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund once the parcel is returned to us.
This fee helps cover the significant international shipping costs that we heavily subsidize to make worldwide delivery more affordable for you.
We recommend researching import fees in your country before placing an order to avoid unexpected charges.

🔁 Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or style, please place a new order through our website to avoid missing out — our most popular pieces sell quickly!
💸 Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, or Afterpay).
- Afterpay orders will incur a 6% processing fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
- Returns that are used, soiled, damaged or missing tags/sanitary labels will not be refunded and will be returned to you.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping proof of postage, as we can’t refund items we don’t receive.
Please allow up to 5 business days after your return is received for your refund to be processed. You’ll receive a confirmation email once it's done.
