How do you deliver my swimsuit to me?
We are an online only Aussie retailer!
Australian deliveries take 1–3 business days depending on location. International shipments usually take 5–10 business days but can vary due to customs.
Orders are processed same day if placed before 12pm AEST; otherwise next day.

Do you ship overseas?
Yes! We ship worldwide via DHL Express for a flat $30 fee. Please be aware that customs duties, taxes, and import fees are not included and are your responsibility.

How much is postage?
Australia & NZ: Free Express Post on orders over AUD $150.
Under $150, express shipping to Australia costs $12.95 and $15 to New Zealand.
International: Flat AUD $30 DHL Express.
Customs fees and taxes are your responsibility.

What if my parcel goes missing?
While we always do our best to ensure your order arrives safely, parcels can occasionally be delayed or go missing while in transit.
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact Australia Post directly in the first instance to lodge an enquiry here. They will investigate and attempt to locate your parcel.
If Australia Post confirms that your parcel is lost in transit and you selected Shipping Protection at checkout ($2.95), we will happily arrange a replacement or refund for your order.
Unfortunately, if Shipping Protection was not added at checkout, we are unable to offer a replacement or refund for parcels that are lost once they have been dispatched.

What is your refund policy?
We offer refunds within 30 days for all items (full price and sale) returned in original condition with tags attached. Return postage is at your expense. Afterpay refunds incur a 6% processing fee.

How do I return my swimsuit?
Australian's can lodge their returns through Australia Post, whilst international customers should choose a courier of their choice.

Swimwear Features
Do tankini tops come with a swim pant?
No they do not. A tankini top is the top part of the swimwear. You will need a separate swim pant bottom.
Does the swim dress come with a built in pant?
Some styles do, some styles don't. It's best to refer to the product description for each swim dress.
How do I care for my swimsuit?
Follow our care instructions here. Please note, only wear chlorine resistant swimsuits in chlorinated pools. It is recommended not to wear a normal swimsuit in chlorine as it does affect the material.
I received my swimsuit but there is sticky residue from the sanitary label. How do I get this off?
This is normal and can be removed by running a hot tap and rubbing it under the water, the sticky residue will form hard balls and slowly start falling off.

Which size swimsuit should I order?
We suggest choosing your normal bra and undie size for our swimwear! We are true to size so you should feel comfortable ordering your regular bra and underwear size.
If you are in-between sizes, it is best to choose the larger size. We also accept 30 day returns, so if it doesn't fit or you don't love it, simple send it back for a refund!
