    • We offer 30 day refunds for all purchases (full price and sale items) - provided the item is in its original condition. Please follow the instructions on the piece of paper that comes with your order. You will be required to cover the return postage costs to send your item back.
    • If you want a new size or style, please just place another order on our website. We don't do exchanges, as our sizes go fast, and we might have sold out of the style you want by the time we receive your first item back.
    • Please note: Afterpay orders are entitled to refunds, however a 6% processing fee will be automatically deducted from the amount to be refunded.

    • If you spend over $99.95 we will express ship your order for free! If you spend under $99.95 you have the option to choose express shipping for $15 or standard shipping for $8 at checkout.
    • We are based on the Gold Coast, Australia, and process your order the same day if you order before midday, or the next day if you order after midday.
    • Depending where you are in Australia, your order could take between 1-3 days to arrive (covid permitting) through express shipping. International shipping time will vary. You can get a shipping time estimate on the Australia Post Website.

      Great service

      The first purchase I made arrive very quickly but unfortunately it was a little tight so I've sent it back and re purchased the same product in a larger size. The material is lovely and soft and I'm looking forward to wearing the new one over the summer.

      Rash Vest Joy

      I love this Rash Vest. I have never had a rash vest before for going swimming and I am delighted with it.
