SHIPPING

We ship your order as soon as possible each weekday using Express Post here in Australia. If you require it to be an urgent delivery, please leave a note in the checkout and we will do our best to do this for you.

Please note: Capriosca Swimwear is not responsible for any import charges, duties or taxes for international sales. In some cases, packages can be delayed due to matters outside of our control. We offer a tracking number for Australian and New Zealand orders through Australia Post. This tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched by email. Please keep this tracking number handy.

Orders to New Zealand are sent Express Post from Australia and will take up four business days to arrive.

AFTERPAY INSTALMENTS

Afterpay is available for approved purchases from our website.

REFUNDS POLICY

Refunds are available for all full priced items. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund and any received thereafter may be denied. 

Items must be returned in their original condition including tags and sanitary labels.  Once Caprisoca Swimwear has received your returned package, all returned items will be inspected before a refund is issued. Capriosca Swimwear reserves the right to deny a refund if items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way and they will be returned to sender. You will be notified via email if your returned item is not suitable for a refund.

The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable.  We recommend returning items through traceable mail, as any returned items that are not received by Capriosca Swimwear will not be issued a refund. We also recommend that customers ask for proof of postage at the time of posting returned items.

Please allow 5 business days for a refund to be processed from the date that the returned item is received by Capriosca Swimwear. You will be informed via the email address that is listed on your Capriosca Swimwear account once this transaction has been processed.  Refunds will be issued to the credit card/PayPal/Afterpay account that the payment had originally come from. 

EXCHANGE POLICY

Currently, we are not able to offer exchanges, so if you would like another size/style you will need to place a new order via our online store. You can then send the unwanted item/s back to us for a refund as per the Returns Policy above.

SALE ITEMS

Under the Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.

You can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem.  This is when the item:

  • Has a problem that would have stopped someone  from buying the item if they had known about it
  • Is unsafe
  • Is significantly different from the sample or description
  • Doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed

Size Chart

Our swimsuits are all in Australian sizes.

All of our swimsuits are true to size. This means you should follow your normal sizing. A good guide is your underwear. What you would wear in a bra for example a 18E is what you would order from us,  so in this example a size 18.

If you are between sizes, say for example you are a 18E bra and a 20 in underpants we recommend buying the larger of the two sizes, so a size 20. 

Any issues, Capriosca Swimwear is happy to refund all full price items and exchange sizes on sale items and help you find the right swimsuit for you!
